Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Yipiit Stewardship offers the following subscription plans:

2. Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions (Pro and Growth) automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every year. You will be charged for the next billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You will receive a notification before each renewal. The renewal charge will appear on your payment method on file.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of these methods:

Upon cancellation:

  • Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • Your company page, claimed status, and basic profile remain intact
  • Paid features (verified badge, analytics, inquiries, job postings, etc.) will be locked

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Within 7 days of initial purchase: Full refund if you are not satisfied with the Service. Contact support to request a refund.
  • After 7 days: No refund for the current billing period. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
  • Renewal charges: Refunds for renewal charges are available within 48 hours of the renewal date if you intended to cancel but missed the deadline.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Within 14 days of initial purchase: Full refund if you are not satisfied with the Service.
  • After 14 days: No refund for the current billing period. You may cancel to prevent future renewal.
  • Renewal charges: Refunds for annual renewal charges are available within 7 days of the renewal date.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for the refund
  3. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months or partial years of service after the refund window has passed
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms)

7. Plan Changes

Upgrades: When upgrading from a lower to a higher plan, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period. The new plan takes effect immediately.

Downgrades: When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the higher plan's features until then. No prorated refund is issued for downgrades.

8. Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
